Congratulations! Why did you make your film?

To entertain people and on the way to have the pleasure of researching, shooting and editing the film.

Imagine I’m a member of the audience. Why should I watch this film?

I hope you'll be glad you've met Menahem Golan, a truly larger than life character, a 'lovable monster'.

How have the script and film evolved over the course of their development?

As a documentary maker, I seldom have a script. I start out with an idea, in this case to go to Israel and see what one-time Hollywood mogul Menahem Golan is up to these days, in his old age, and take it from there. The thing evolves...

What type of feedback have you received so far?

Many people enjoy the film and find Golan's story inspiring; others don't like Golan one bit.

What are you looking to achieve by having your film more visible on www.wearemovingstories.com?

Well, I'd like people to see the film and hopefully enjoy it. So any way I can tell people that the film exists is very welcome!

Who do you need to come on board (producers, sales agents, buyers, distributors, film festival directors, journalists) to amplify this film’s message?

People like you, who will tell people the film is worth having a look at!

What type of impact and/or reception would you like this film to have?

I'd like people to laugh and perhaps weep a little - and have a good time for an hour or so.

What’s a key question that will help spark a debate or begin a conversation about this film?

Is Menahem Golan really a lovable monster - or just a monster?
